I had some Huevos Rancheros a few days ago, having had the “Real Thing” in Mexico more than once my expectation was high, and I am happy to say that they were as close to the Real thing as possible in the USA! And I have had Huevos Rancheros A LOT, but the last time I had them as good as Gorditas Express, it was somewhere way, way down South of our Southern Border! They were real good! And in a tiny town called Emory, TX!
